Rounded the bolt...how do i get it off!!!!!!!!!

Default Rounded the bolt...how do i get it off!!!!!!!!!
So i was takin the bolts off that connect the headers to the h pipe and i rounded the son of a b i t c h

now how the hell am i supposed to get it off

Your probably gonna need a torch. If your never gonna put the factory pipe back on just cut the pipe and unbolt the factory manifold and pull it all out.

The bolts? Mine were already round on top. You need to get the nuts off of the bottom with a 5/8ths deep/semideep socket. Its a pain on the passenger's side because the O2 sensor is in the way.

thats what i mean, the nuts....i rounded one on the drivers side, and the one by the o2 sensor on the passengers side is about to do the same thing

Take it to an exhaust shop have them heat them up and just take them off. Otherwise your gonna fight those bolts for hours.

ahhhh, alright.....i didnt want to take it to a shop, i dont have the extra $200 for them to instal and h pipe

go to sear's and buy a specialty tool like a gator grip or use a smaller socket and a hammer..

can i just take the headers off the manifold, and drop them out with the h pipe still connected to the collector?
