Ive never had an issue with mine. If your that worried, just install the crank pulley. Thats where the added power comes from anyway....

I guess i have to carry a jumper cable then, i already put a 140 amp on , but im still worried, the volt gauge stays in the middle when im on the gas, and when it idles it drops one bar below the middle so i guess thats what worrys me.

you will only have to remotely worry about voltage loss if your at an idle for a veryyyyyy long time

another way around it is to get aluminum pullies...not steel... they make them lighter instead of changing the size of the alternator pulley.....
What? They do both.... whats the point of sacrificing performance(although minimal) by keeping the alt pulley the same when using aluminum. My UD pulley kit is aluminum and indeed has a smaller alt pulley. But regardless, it runs fine.

I only had issues with the U/D pullies that came on the car when I bought it last year. They had blue U/Ds but no alternator pully, as soon as I put the BBK on there with the alternator pully, problem solved. Now my big stereo system puts a nice drain on the power in that I can't hold a charge for longer than 30 minutes with that damn thing on and I'm sitting still, but other than that, squeeky clean.
