Default need help right now

hey so i did my water pump and i put back that plate that holds the ac and ps and connects to the water pump and now my belt is loose whats the problem i need to get my car running now!!!!!

if all the brackets and everything is tight, and now the belt is loose, you have it on wrong. the tensioner has lots of room to work with, it will tighten a belt that is 2 inches too big.

ok well 2 screws are hard to put in but theres alot of belt left behind

hard to put in? are they on an angle? is the bracketry lined up right? dont strip the bolts trying to get them in. if they dont go smoothly, something is wrong.
