I just installed a Bassani catted X pipe a week ago, and love it. I can't get enough of it. There was no loss of bottom end--in fact, I gained noticeable power from off idle to 6k. The pipe sounded a little strange when I first put it on, but continues to sound better and better every day. Now, I think it sounds awesome! What did the Bassani x with cats cost you? I am really leaning towrds the magna flow catted x pipe myself. I like there warrenty as well.... The price is the hard part to swallow. $550

I bought it used, in new condition for $300. They're a bit pricey new.

Put a Pypes system w/high flow catted x on my 93GT, like the sound and the power band. I know Pypes gets a bad rap, but I was happy with it. I also have to deal with an emissions sniff every two years!!

I run a 3in x-pipe with no cats (no emissions) to 2 chamber flows. I love the sound. On two of my other fox's i had h-pipe, I like the x sound much better.
