It doesn't happen everytime through. It can run for weeks and not mess up then the next day it can be acting up. Im not sure what is wrong and the guy that works on my car can't figure it out. I took to Ford and they couldn't find anyting wrong with the car. Can anyone help me?[/align]

come on.
basis testing will give you a starting point within minutes. its either fuel or spark.
here's a starting point. do you hear anything weird in the rear of the car, while launching hard, or taking a turn?
i know what you're thinking, but there is a reason for me to ask this.

drop the gas tank and pull the pump out.
right where the pump drops in, there should be a circular piece of sheet metal that it spot-welded to the inside of the tank. its called a baffle.
its purpose is to keep the pump constantly supplied with fuel, and cool the pump at the same time, by holding around a half gallon constantly around the pump.
these cars have a known problem with snapping those welds on the baffle right off, and causing all sorts of random problems.
i'm betting your baffle is stuck underneath the pump.
the whine noise you hear is because the fuel sloshes away from the pump, because of the broken baffle, and there is no fuel to drown out the noise.
