Gasket Nomenclature

I've got a carbed intake that there is an elbow that carries anti-freeze that plugs into the intake. I need a new gasket for that part, does anyone know what it's called or what gasket to ask for? Thanks!

are you talking about the thermostat housing gasket which has a 90 degree elbow on it called the bypass hose to the water pump???

To be honest; I have no idea. All I know is I need a slightly egg shaped gasket with two bolt holes that goes between this elbow (that has anti-freeze) and the intake manifold.

where is it located on the intake??? center, front, back???

yah. thermostat housing. you sound like you probably shouldn't be doing this.

definately a thermostat housing gasket. Are you 100% sure you know what you're doing? It's a PITA to replace the thermo gasket only to find out it leaks and have to do it all over again.
