Default a quick question

I am doing a budget HCI on my rebuild and was wondering if the stock lenght pushrods would work if I went with an e303 cam and either 1.6 or 1.7 roller rockers. The heads I am using are 69 windsor heads if that makes any difference, also what type of rockers would fit?

i found a set of 1.7's of a cobra for 75 bucks, should I go with those or 1.6's? And I guess I'll have to buy a pushrod length tester to find out for sure on what sixe pushrods I'll need
