doding a complete a/c delete you will gain maybe 4-6 hp not only frim the drag but even the minimal resistance the pump creates still robs power and removing everyhitng compressor, lines, condensor etc. your talking about maybe75 lbs but it really makes it easier to work on your car. what would really help is doing aFULL emissions delete

thats what im after a full emissions delete, but i want my a/c for sure, i like a/c my last 5.0 was carbbed so i dont know about the smog pump removal and how it effects the cu if at all, finding the right belt is kinda a pain i remember that much

It looks much nicer with it out and does take a bit of weight away if you remove the condensor, compressor, lines...
