Default should i go with a nos system?

I have a 94 5.0 bored .60 over with a systemax 2 kit, edelbrock 70 mm tb, trw flat top speed pro forged pistons, edelbrock tb spacer and intake spacer, full mac catback exhaust ,3.73 gears in the rear end with a c4 tranny 2500 stall and a shift kit with b&m shifter. I was wondering if this is a daily driver should I hit nos to it? and also how much hp do yall think I have right now and after I get it tuned?
