Default 86 4 banger to V-8 Power Steering Question

Ok so I think I have everything figured out for the swap the only thing I was not sure about when I got to cleaning everything is what do I need to to do delete the power steering. Is there a manual assist adaptor I have to purchase or is it a complete change? Thanks for the help.

it could be a complete change flaming river manual rack, or just run the in pipe to the out pipe and leave all the fluid in it. both are good.

wrong. can't do that. power racks work because the fluid moves.
if you join the hoses, the fluid can't move. joining the hoses will lock your steering

So you can not do that then, I have to buy a new rack or put the power steering pump and everything back in?
