Good news and bad news. mostly..bad news.

Did the gasket, it was a breeze...reeeeal easy. Now..i turn the car on and it sounds horrible. Take the headers off..and i see that only ONE bolt is holding the h pipe to the headers and the other bolt is just broken off. Took the headers completely out of the car and now im sitting here trying to get the bolt off..its rusted on their pretty tight you can't even see the thread its so bad.

If its just the stud that holds the H-pipe to the header, just drill it out and put a bolt and nut on it. No big deal. I recommend hitting a TSC or someplace and getting some stainless hardware though.

i will take pictures if i have more trouble, my step dad took it to this guys shop to get the bolt out. This is really my 2nd time ever messing with a engine haha, took me 5 hours to put a CAI on..30 minutes for a header gasket.

If i happen to leave the cylinder open in the car, don't i have to block them up so nothing gets inside of them? Like tissue paper, or anything that wont break off and get inside them?

if you feel you need to put something in it, go with shop rags or something . It shouldn't hurt it at all leaving it open.
