Default Fuel Pump died

(1992 ford mustang GT 5.0) I was driving my mustang and I just left the house and it died. When I came to a stop I tried to start it but no start. There is no noise from the fuel pump anymore and its not a noise you can just miss, cause it was loud. I checked the Inertia switch and it only had a little over 6 volts in and out. Is that normal? Also I checked the relay and i believe it was the one under the hood on the fender under the maf.......There was a PNK/BLK...RED......DK GRN/YEL.....LT BLU/ORG.........The PNK/BLK had 12.4 volts, the RED and LT BLU/ORG had 12.4 volts with the key on. The DK GRN/Yel had a little over 6 volts. Any Idea?????? Bad Relay????? I uploaded the wiring diagram
