front brake calipers

I was looking at the cobra calipers of 50 resto and they said fit 13" rotors i have the stock size rotors my my car. Can i use those calipers or do i need to get the 13" rotors

you'll need the 13 in rotors, if you want dual piston pbr's... you can use 99+ gt calipers, or bullitt ones
