The spacer should not cause any leaks unless it is badly warped. If the intakes mating surfaces are level and true, with no nicks and you are torquing each bolt down, there shouldn't be a problem.

Is it leaking in the same place? Do you know for sure it is leaking there?

I'm pretty sure, i can't feel it but can hear it, i checked all other vacuum sources.

a can of carb cleaner will tell you where the leak is. when the motor revs, you found the leak.
