Default y lifters calapsed

so i was out ripping around lastnight and i just got done beating a 240ex with a red top sr20...i took her out a 200rpms more then i usually do and maybe about 5 miles later after the race i started to here a real bad cladder coming from under the valve covers....i babied it home and pop the vavle covers off and found that 80% of my RR had an extreme amount of play that u could push them to the side of the valve spring if u wanted too...is there any reason why this could of happen is it becuase i took it out o 5800 rpmswith my setup...i usually only go out to at most 5600....

And my oil pressure gauge ( the stock one) at low RPM or idle it drops to about the A or L in NORMAL and once you give her gas it will raise back up to M or in between RM.....and i kno that if u dont have oil pressure that will cause lifters to go
