ive been slowly trying to get my door back in perfect working order and i noticed that my drivers side door stopper was missing (the rubber cylinder like thing) so i ordered a new one and im not really sure how to put it on. I looked at the other door and that didnt help much

are you talking abour the striker latch? thought it was a plastic cylinder that goes around it

i wish i could get a pic right now but no camera and lrs doesnt seem to have it on their site anymore but if u look towards the bottom of the door there is a round rubber piece that obviously rolls over something and stops the door from swinging out to far. mine is white cause its new but on ur cars it might be the actual color of the car my other one is. also there is a small bar that goes through the rubber piece that kinda holds it in place

thanks this is the part im trying to install im hoping i dont have take the door off just to get that tiny piece in there

After a while those rollers can break or end up with a nice groove in them. They can squesk to. Soak the pin good beforehand then grab a flat punch to force it out. I replaced my hinge pins a while ago but left the door rollers go. By the looks of it all that little metal flap behind the roller might give you some grief.

They are kind of a pain. I used an air hammer for mine. Worked like a charm.
