after i adjusted my timing i took the car out and it reved so fast to 7k but it pulled all the way, i will never do that again cuz its way to much.
i hope you have something to justify that 7k rev......

what do you mean something to justify that? i took the car out after adjusting the timing and it just reved fast as hell. as soon as it reved i let go though. changed the oil and all but everything held together ok.

....honestly i dont buy it. 7k and you couldnt even stop it? i will admit first gear goes quickly but almost 2G's more than you should be going. i find that hard to believe. can you even rev that high? what kind of ignition are you running?

On a stock, with external bolt ons, 93 coupe. Elec fan, underdrives, long tubes, cold air.
During daily, trying to conserve fuel, I try to keep it around 2 grand, 2500 tops. Often taking off in 2nd, then 4rth, then 5th.
Uphill, I always take off in 1st.

Spirited driving. My shift light is often lit. It's set at 4600 and when my tires are burning, the light is on.

At the track I shift at 4800rpm. Tried 5200rpm, because that's what felt good but my times suggested 4800 is faster.
First runs were 14.0@100 and by the end of the day I went 13.6@102mph.
