89 lincoln mark interchangable parts?

my friend has a 89 lincoln mark VII and it has Koniadjustable shocks front and back, and eibach lowering springs. will either one of those parts fir on my 95 gt vert?

I'd give it a 95% chance yes they could be used if you had a fox I'd say 99% chance.

Look up the shocks for a Mustang and for the Lincoln on a webbsite like Advance Auto's and see if the part #'s match up
