Need help with vacuum tree/pics included
So the other night I had to change my alternator on my 93 gt at night on the highway with a flashlight. It wasn't fun. In the process I broke loose a few vacuum lines and I have had no luck finding out where they go back to! I looked in the haynes manual and online but I've have had no luck. My egr line is disconnected and now it idles really low and gas mileage has gone down substantially along with my air only blowing out of the defrost vents. I think the line going to the egr is broken. I know the HVAC is disconnected but I'm not sure which sure which one it is and exactly where it goes. The only line I know is in the correct spot is the one going to the back of the manifold. Can you guys tell me which ones go where?

Is the bottom one the hvac? If so where does it go?

Maybe someone can help you without pics. I havnt owned a FI in a while. A chilton manual is a must. I am assuming you dont have one because the diagrams are not that hard to read.

OK. I just checked my 89 Stang and you have 2 correct.
The manifold vacuum source is the one you have labeled Manifold.
The broken one that you have labeled EGR is the EGR.
The one that you have labeled HVAC is the bypass valve on the thermactor (the valve right after the smog pump)
The short one in the middle is the diverter valve on the thermactor system (in line with the bypass valve)
The one without a line is a blank that goes nowhere.
Hope that helps.

RE: Need help with vacuum tree/pics included
This was sent to my and it helped.
The text on the left is kind of hard to read (To back of intake )
Red=Back of intake
Green=EGR
White=Diverter (Closest to firewall)
Black=Bypass (Directly behind smog pump)
Not sure if I got the names right on the diverter & bypass but I think you get the point
