Default 3.8 to 5.0

ive got a 94 v6 with an auto and i was wondering weather or not id be able to use my tranny with a 5.0
i can get a 5.0 with decent miles on it for $600 from mps auto salvage and i wanted to know if the tranny was compatible

any help would be greatly appreciated

pretty much like Adder said but you would need a 94-95 GT k-member and no the tranny won't bolt up. I would go stick

from the looks of it i can make my car a gt cheaper than i could buy one

The 4R70W tranny will bolt up to the 5.0 and would be the simplest option.
