I found a mustang for sale, its a 93 GT 5.0, 5 spd, ac, ps, pb, pw, pdl, full pwr, cc, CD, airbags, ABS, pwr seat, pm, chrome whls, K&N, header, H pipes, 3" exhaust, 1.7 rockers, under drive pulleys, and a hurst(i think)shifter. it also has a new black paint job. 120,000 miles.. for $4,900 what does everyone think? Is it worth it? he said it runs like a dream.

A '92 blue books for something around $2500. If this guy has all the repair and mod receipts, and the car has obviously been taken care of, then go for it.

I would warn you, regardless of your automotive expertise, to take a knowledgable car person along with you, or take it to a reputable mechanic for inspection. Don't count on yourself, as you're probably in love with it already. Good luck. <img border="0" src=smileys/smiley1.gif border="0">

go drive it....take a good look at it I always take a small magnet with me to check for puddy
check oil all that stuff take your time... then other him 4500 and work from there

about the other one though, would it be worth it to offer him 4500 if all looks good by my mechanic, and then have the engine bored out and what not? how much would all that cost? thanks.. i appreciate everything.</P>
