If you don't have an adjustable cable; I've also read that you can take the clutch pedal in your hand and pick up on it and that will also help with some adjustment.

To adjust a stock clutch cable: hold clutch pedal down. You would have to hold the quadtrant in place and lift the pedal up. I you did it correctly you would hear a clicking noise. If you pull it to far up it will loosen up. Try doing it until you get the pedal were you want the clutch to engage. It will take more than one time of holding the quadtrant to adjust it but you will see the difference when you do it the first time.
