Default Coolant Leak Problem and Seafoam issue

okay...

i buy a thing of seafoam today after watching all the videos thinking, 19 yr old car sat for a while seafoam should do wonders, so i pop the hood up and trying to disconnect vaccum from the Brake Booster and the little SOB rubber hose WON'T come off.. any risk in just cutting it and trying to reconnect it later??

well after failure with the brake booster i look towards the throttle body and a take a look down and see green liquid on my plug and on teh side of the engine compartment and my first thought is omg no not a ****ing head gasket. well i revved the engine a few times and noticed the coolant line going into the EGR has a pinhole and when its revved to high it squirts coolant out...where does hte other end of this hose go to? how long is it? any temporary fixes?
