not to argue with a friend, but the only purpose of the air pump system is to heat the cats up quicker during a cold start, so emissions are lowered during open loop. after they are up to temp, the pump system is useless.
yes a few minutes of cold operation, over and over, could plug them, but i dont see it happening quickly like implied.

whatever i'll use the delete kit its not like this motor is gonna be in my car for long, and then i'll get a whole new exhaust system.
