best setup with my PMS system, please help
95 cobra, 327, vortec w/10#, trick flow heads, 9:1 comp. 42 lbs injectors, 75 mass air meter, anybody have some good numbers for this application?

get on the dyno and find out for yourself. then come back and tell use what numbers that setup will give

I did dyno, got 403hp and 436torque, but how do I know that is the best or worst?

What does your tune look like now? What do your spark tables look like? Those are some of the things you will be messing with to try to squeeze out more power.
Did you adjust the timing by turning the dizzy or did you set it back to 10 and alter the timing in the tables individually? What is your commanded / expected A/F ratio at WOT (LAMBSE) and what are you actually getting at WOT? That will say a lot too..

when i got the car tuned, all i got was the hp and tqe graph. I guess the guy didnt really want to mess with it to much. I am extremely new at all this so alot of stuff you are talking about I dont understand. I know I can look at the control panel and check those items you are requesting. I can get back to you by tomorrow.

wow, i guess that could be obtainable. Quick question about a boost/vaccum gauge. you can tee off any vacuum line to get boost and vacuum right?

I think you're at least 100rwhp low. And something is wrong when your torque number is higher on a centrifugal car.
