Engine not turning over

All the rockers and pushrods are out and it still wont turn over. If somthing fell down the runner then it would be on top of the closed valve and woulnt be in the cylinder.

This just recently happened to me as I had a head gasket go out,I changed them pieced it back together and bam, same thing I marked crank pully and it binds up in same exact marked spot I dnt know what this could be either,all lifters are free and pushrods are good as well.

Did you drop a bolt into the engine? what did you remove from the block?
