Default A good 306 package

I have a 306 i am building and I plan on having about 10:1 compression. I want to have about 350 rwhp and I plan on using my GT40 intake. What head and cam package should I use? I also need to know what MAF and injectors i should go with? let me know what u guys think.

anderson ford N-71 cam,and stageIII TRICKFLOW heads will get u there,but that intake won't get a rpmII,or a victor 5.0 intake.

Blue printed and balanced stock rods and crank. Best is to have them balanced to zero, but that means you need to get a Zero balance dampner and flywheel.

For more horsepower durability, you could get some Eagle rods..

you could use the GT40 intake but a holley systemax is the best.

use any cam of preference, whichever fits you and your powerband, call comp cams for this.

MAF go with a 76mm C&L, TB go with a 75mm unit.

i would use 30 lbs injectors.

on a second note, trickflow makes head/cam/intake packages for 2 grand, by this and take the heads to be ported for another few hundred and you can easily hit 400 HP with all of the above.

as your foundation for that much power n/a it better all click.

I was thinking about using roush 220 heads, i have heard good numbers with those heads. I have an 80mm MAf from C&L and I was thinking probably 30lb injectors. I dont want to run too much fuel. what do u think?

the amount of fuel you use is proportional to power, you have no choice you will have to run X amount of fuel to run Y amount of horsepower. unless you run lean, then BOOM.

use something tried and proven, trickflow heads, AFR 165 heads or edelbrock performers.
I bet the AFRs even with the smaller runners will still outflow the roush, those AFR are just too high quality.
