Default Stroker question

Curious about a stroker motor. I'm still learing the whole stroker motor thing so this is gonna be short and sweet. I realize you can gain a lot more hp out of a stroker motor. But my question is when building one. Is there certain specs that need to be done if i buy a 302 from the salvage and have it machined? And what all needs to be bought for it to make it a full stroker motor? Anyone got good links about stroker motors or just good old fashion info about them it would be great! Thanks gang

so whats the differences between the 331 and 347? Prices between the two are the same. Is there that much difference in price for aftermarket parts or is it basically the same as the regular 5.0 bolt ons? Wanting my build to be a daily driver but something i can smoke chevy's with on the weekeneds.

Right, but is theregoing to be that much of a difference in hp/torque in the long run between the two? As if the builds where basically the same.

Gonna use everything that will bolt onto it from my current motor in my stang. Or is it best to just get all new stuff? I've got about 15k to spend. Was gonna just gut the tranny and motor out of this one and go all new motor and tranny. /shrug But at the same time, I need to do some work on the interior. New seats/carpet etc.

i will take that as a yes. if you do the expense to switch it to carb wouldn't be worth it. just upgrade the injectors, fuel pump, and MAS for sure
