i wish i would have done another write up as well to maybe add another perspective to the one above when i lowered my friends car

spring compressors are necessarily needed when lowering a car if you know what you were doing. i have one but have used it maybe once as i have noticed they get in the way more than anything

yes . since you have drag springs ( i am assuming) it could be hearder. i have heard of people cutting a little from the spring to aid in the installation

the backs are a lot easier

I Just got dont installing my eibach drag springs and it was a PITA!! I absolutely had to use a spring compressor, and to get the compressor out i had to completely disassemble it while it was still inside the coil. I also cut a little off the top of the spring. If i wouldnt have done that i do not see how they would've gone in.

Just did mine, Eibach drag launch. Dont undo all the stuff in the instructions. Put the car on jackstands, put jack under control arm, take out the two bolts attaching the control arm, lower control arm slowly, put in new spring, jack control arm up and reinstall bolts. 30 mins per side. No compressor. Didnt cut off any coils. Too easy.
