Default engine lift question

So I rebuilt my 302 in my 1990 GT and I need to put it back in the car, does anyone have any ideas of how I can hook it up to a engine hoist?

Pulled and re-installed many motors using a chain attached from the front part of a head to the rear part of the opposite head as luckythirteen13stated.

Well I decided to just take off my new headers and put back on the stock hanger things that go on the headers just to make it easy. But thanks for the answers guys. I couldnt use them in the begining b/c the stock hanger things didnt fit over my new headers.
thanks guys
