Default Which supercharger to get Paxton or Vortech?
I am interested in supercharging my stang and want to get some opinions on superchargers. I don't want to spend over $2500 unless I really need to. I think this limits me to 5-6 psi superchargers. Is there one that is better than another? Anything to stay away from?

Stay away from Powerdyne. Stick with a centri and get either a Procharger, a Paxton Novi, or a Vortech. Gonna be tight with that budget though (with supporting mods too.)

I'd take a Novi 1000 over a Vortech SC trim.

I'd get the Procharger over both of them[8D] Should be able to for pretty damn close to $2,500. Mine was $2,521.

I want it to be less than $2500 but know I will be into it for aroud $3k. Is procharger the one with a built in oil system.

Paxton and vortech are the same company you can't go wrong... I would say Procharger all the way though if you have the money....

Either the Vortech Sc or the Novi 1k should be under $2k. You should be able to get injectors and MAF included for under $2500.

both are great superchargers you wont be disapointed with either. if i was you, i would buy the one i could get the best deal on

There's nothing wrong with a Kenne Bell either, the base kit runs 6-9psi and there are usually some on eBay for a decent buck.
