Default gt40 heads question

I was looking at getting gt40 p heads and i was talking to someone and they said you need special headers and something how the spark plugs are, he owns and sn95 5.0. Is this true for the foxes, also are gt40 p heads iron or aluminium. The reason i am asking is because i am on a budget and i got a line on a pair for cheap.

p's need special headers because the angle of the spark plug caused problems with normal headers. they are cast iron, and a worked over pair can be got for 600 bucks with new valves and better springs. keep that into perspective when your looking at whatever heads you have lined up.

regular GT40 heads use the same headers as normal 302/351 heads. its only the P's that are different, and there are people here who know which headers are the right ones to use but im not one of them

Yes frpp headers will work....bbk pics first pic is the driverside, the one w/ the sparkplug wire on it is the one you need to put the 90deg boot on 2nd pic is pass side and there is no issues.
