texas smog laws blah!
I have a 1991 GT and i am having a hard time passing the state emissions, Ive tried and tried to find a station that will just "pass" it, but no luck. I only have one other option. Why isnt it passing? I was very selective and cautious about buying parts that are emission legal, and yet it still has mad HC's.
*edit* i am in the Dallas area and the elevation is (from wikipedia: Dallas, and its surrounding area, is mostly flat and lies at an elevation ranging from 450feet(137m) to 550feet(168m). El paso was around 3700' HUGE difference lol)
work done to the car is (only stuff that might affect emissions):
AFR 165's
1.6 FMS roller rockers
BBK exhaust
trick flow track heat intake
Ford E cam
adj FPR
MSD 6AL
70mm TB and EGR spacer
Trick Flow hardened push rods Stock length
Yes i still have all the smog stuff on the car.
What should my Fuel pressure and timing be?
I had it tuned at THR whenver i lived in El Paso and he was supposed to have tuned it for dallas but it is still very very very RICH (i know its hard to tune a car for a elevation much much lower than yours, all he done was a fuel pressure and timing tune).
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Hey Tuff... how does your car run with the setup you have. I am looking at the exact set up you have. Not sure if I want to go with the 165's or 185's and still undecided on a cam. Have you learned anything that has made you wish you would have gotten different stuff? What kind of numbers have you out down with that setup?
