so i just put on my new headlights and took it round the block, the neighbor told me to lite em up so i did and theres alot of rubber you know but two very long paths of water from the tailpipes, why do i have so much water comiing out of the tails?

It sounds like it is just condensation and that is normal. Out of curiosity, have you notice a sweet smell reciently? Is your radiator full? Does your oil look milky by any chance? If you say yes to any of the questions, then you might have a possible head/intake gasket problem.
