It wont be that great for $1800. Used parts are fine sometimes, just check them out good. Sometimes people have brand new stuff for sale at used prices because they never used it and cant take it back, my new f-cam for example. Look around at corral.net,stangnet.com, or racingjunk.com

I think he can get those parts new for right around that price, not including supporting mods if he were to shop around.... I agree that locating some great used parts are also a good way to go.

i understand, my time was 12.55 at 107 mph. just so happens that one of the guys here just sent me the money via paypal for the heads, rockers, pushrods. so they are gone now anyhow. take a look at anderson ford motorsports packages, they make really good stuff and really know their stuff too. good luck bud

The heads are the only thing that might push you past. With your which looks almost as good as my 94, i would go with the steeda 19 cam no other. As for headsgt40s whether they be aluminum or iron are the only ones you will get for under a grand, unless you get lucky and find a used set of tw's or eddy's. I always vote for the tubular gt40 for the looks, but with our cars im pretty sure they dont fit under stock hoods.
