the cam specs are missing for that camshaft, with the link provided for summitt.

But no, a .550 lift wears nothing

your ok boss and thats not a .550 lift cam,

just dont use 1.7 rockers(which add .030 lift), stay with the 1.6 factory ratio.

Looking at the individual components you have selected and the name of the company that makes this camshaft and the specs.
This is a street mannered performance camshaft and will make a good power range within your rpm limits of power.
This cam will clear your stock valve reliefs just fine. Yes that lift is ok with 1.6 rollers.

If your pistons are carboned up, clean them.Mine were so bad originally, i thought I had flat tops till I cleaned them

Sometimes it's possible to shorten the valve .030 or so and machine it for a P.C. seal......

you all fail LOL

you dont shorten the valve, you shorten the guide. anything bigger than .500 and i like to knock them down a little bit. if the shop is doing all your stuff, they can cut your guides down. it can be done with the tooling that chucks up in a standard drill and it takes about 5 seconds to do each guide. dont let them rape you on the labor

and make sure they dont give you umbrellas LOL. you want positive seals, preferably the kind that look like this:
< provide the best oil control, those little white teflon seals are great for the track but these are much better for a street car.
