With your sig, I would go with the autolite stock copper plugs, gapped at .054.
I run the autolites one plug colder than stock, accel copper cap and rotor, autolite 9.9mm wires. It's probably unnecessary to run a colder plug, but it was suggested eight years ago because my timing is set to 14*. I recently went to a crane hi6-s ignition and dropped the high octane fuel for the 89 octane. Runs much stronger, could probably go to 87.
Never had a problem with detonation and it runs strong.

Bosch plugs and Bosch premium wires, I know people always say stick to motorcraft but I definately felt a power gain after putting in the platinum 2s and new wires. Of course my old wires and plugs were shot, but I'm really happy with the new boschs.
