TwEeCeR or PMS!?!?!

Ok its ordering time and i have narrowed the field down to either the tweecer or the pms... What are the advantages and disadvantages of either??? Thanks.

One of my friends with an '88 Mustang had the Tweecer but said it was too complicated so he sold it and bought the PMS and said its alot more user friendly.
The Tweecer needs a laptop to operate and the PMS is self contained.
