i don't know what happend....
i replaced my stock manifold with a cobra manifold and now nothing seems to run right. i had to reset the timing, so thats fine now but it's still hard to start and once it's started, it idles rough. maybe a vacuum leak who knows. Is there anyone in north jersey (specifically essex county) who can help with this problem? i'm pretty frustrated with the car right now so any help will do. I'm pretty good with cars, but i'm pretty baffled and worn out. when i say help i do mean come to the car and fix it. i will pay for whatever needs to be done ( obviously) HELP

check all your vac lines just to be sure. break out a can of carb cleaner and start searching. if you cant find any vac leaks try working your timing again. remember to disconnect spout connector just start at 10* until you find your problem. set base line idle as well. remember to disconnect IAC as well while doing this.if those all fail maybe you stabbed your dizzy in one tooth off. thats very possible. try those and if you cant find it lemme know...

I have speed density. i reset the timing, so that doesn't seem to be the problem. the car turns over fine. i actually got it to start last night, but the idle is very rough. i think i need to block off some vacuum lines. i'm sure most of you know that the cobra intake is slightly different from the stock. As i stated before i'm pretty frustrated at this point and i need my car to run.
