I need help something is f*cked up (tps related)
Ok... I bought a new tps because my tps was off. It was reading 1.67 at idle and like 16.0something at WOT. When I put the new one on its still reading at 1.67 at idle and 16.0something at WOT. I think my idle screw is to low or something, whick makes the tps turn when being mounted. But i cant twist my idle screw because i cant get a grip of it with anything. Anyone have any ideas?

definately something wrong elsewhere.
the green wire should be showing less than 1 volt at idle.
the red wire is the reference wire, basically the power wire for the sensor. its a 5v reference. you should not be receiving more than 5.0v at the red wire, at any time.

really...
oh. you have a sn95.
i'm not sure of the wiring schematics, but its all the same.
1 wire should be ground, 1 wire should be a 5.0v signal, and the last wire should be the outgoing signal. anywhere from 0.6-0.99 at idle is acceptable.
a simple test for the ground wire would be to take a test light, clip the clip onto the + terminal on the battery, and stick the pointed end of the light into the wire. if it lights up, the ground is at least connected and somewhat good.
