Are you putting in the Front or Back springs? If your putting in the back you just need to put the body on jackstands and then jack up your rear on the control arm, take off that bolt, then take off your shock and slowly lower your jack and poof, spring is out. FRONT on the other hand is a lil more difficult if you do it this way but can be done.

Unbolt the a arm, then puts a jack on each side of the a arm to compress the spring and get the bolts back in.

the stock ones i had to take the whole assembly out because i got into a wreck and busted my strut brace, so i got n.o.s. parts and trying to put the springs back in. i really dont wanna pay 150 for the tow and the other 150 for the labor since they're stock parts. if i i had some eibach's i would want the shop to do that anyways
