Hey everyone i am looking into getting a cam for my 89 5.0. does anyone have any links or info where i can read what would be best for my car? its a stock motor with headers, underdrive pulleys, flowmasters, and 3.55's. i need information on installing it too. ive never installed one before so would it be best that i take it somewhere and have it done or could i do it myself? thanks.

stanglx is right what do you use the car for that makes a big diff in what cam you get to.

do some cheap mods that you dont have to tear apart the engine

y let him put a cam in he has never done it before it is a good experince for him, but he need to get heads befor he takes it apart.
