Need help with clutch cable replacement
I am replacing my clutch cable with a stock cable and was wondering if someone could give me some tips on making this an easier project.
Thanks,
Dave

RE: Need help with clutch cable replacement
if you can afford it i recommend an aftermarket cable with a new quadrant. it will make it easier to change in the future and let you adjust it.
if you insist on the stock cable, have someone help you on the inside by the pedal while you are undernearth by the bellhousing. remember the quadrant is actually above the gas pedal. MAKE SURE THE CABLE DOES NOT HIT THE HEADER. if you let it rest there the first few times you run your car you will burn the cable and need a new one right away.
