Ford has a throttle body cleaner and you should be able to find one in your local auto parts store. It is going to smoke like hell for a minutes, so do it outside.

hopefully this solves my idle problem in both cars, how much does it cost on avereage to convert dense air to maf and is it going to be a problem that the bronco has two air runners into the intake from the air box

Go through the junk yard and find a MAF that is calibrated for your injectors and swap the computer and you are good to go for cheap.

DONT use carb cleaner. It has solvents in it that Injector cleaner does not and can dissolve plastic parts in the fuel system. Seafoam might be a possiblility.
