its just all the fuel going down that is making it stutter and is probly because of your secondaries need to be tuned a little bit better.

you need to properly tune the accelerator pump circuit.....depending on how it is set up...you can change the squirters to larger ones to deliver more fuel on initial accelerator stomps......on most holleys you can change the cams on the accelerator pump circuit to have a steeper ramp to deliver more fuel in shorter time or over a longer period depending on which cam color you choose.....hope this is not all foriegn to you

That sounds like the accelerator pump circuit

What it does is when you snap the throttle wide open it gives the engine a small shot of gas until the rest of the carb can adjust to the change and not let you notice any hesitation

After you make sure the distributor is in tune and the floats and mixture screws are set that is the next thing i would look at

It sounds like your squirters are to big or the cam is to big

The pump on a 600 is a 30cc I believe the stock pump cam is orange you can buy different cams and squirters to tune it in you know it right when hit the gas and the car responds instantly . When its to small the car has a pause when you hit the gas . When it's to big the car bogs down when you snap the throttle open but then levels out in like a second or so

BTW do not use the black pump cam on a 30cc pump
