Hawaii 93 Stang

Hey Guys. Need help!!!! My fuel and oil pressure gauges are not working. The fuel gauge goes past the F when I fill up, and only goes down 1/8 of a needle when almost empty. Oil pressure stays at 3/4 and only goes down to 0 when I start her up. One shop told me it could be the fuel sending unit ora resistor behind the dash. Does anyone have any idea why??? Thanks!!

My only sugestion is get a aftermarket guage, the stockers are inaccurate either way......my fuel guage does the same thing, just fill up at a half a tank.....the top half costs just as much to fill as the bottum half right! hahahah. As for oil pressure change the sending unit on the block, its located right at the front drivers side of the block way down low with one wire attached to it.....sometimes they just need a good cleaning (Wires). The wires on the tank are a pita to get to, have to drop the tank......I am lazy and not dropping my tank until I need to.

There is also a voltage regulator of the back of your gauges if you have a 90-93 fox. It could possibly be going bad.
