Hey i felt my clutch slipping the other day while driving..well that same day I parked the car and when I came out to start it it made some weird noise like metal grinding and what not and it sounded really bad..well i let it sit until nite time i tried again and it made the same sound and my bro sed he seen like a spark/lite/flame under the car while i tried to start..any suggestions?

Sounds like your starter gear grinding on your flywheel teeth. That happens if the gear gets worn or your flywheel breaks a tooth off. I don't see what that has to do with your clutch slipping though, unless you got a major problem... uh oh... you may wanna figure out whats wrong with it before it costs any more $$ than its already gonna</P>

i know one time...i dont know if urs is doin this but when mine was making a REDICULOUSLY nastynoise, and i couldnt put it into any gear, my clutch quadrent and everything was all f**ked...so if urs is doin that u should check the cable and quad</P>

ok thanks yall it was actually the starter...even though i replaced no longer then two weeks ago..well anyway replaced it and its fine except for the fact that my clutch is slippin <IMG src=smileys/smiley19.gif border="0">
