i agree 100% with you on that but this ones gonna be carbed. i have looked into the spyder intakes and i really like them. by the way if ya hear or know of anyone looking i have alot of my stuff for sale off of my old setup. powerpipe,pmas 90mm mass air meter, 80mm pro-m filter, computer with complete harness and sct chip that can be reburned, holley systemax upper and loer intake, accufab 90 mm x 75mm TB with egr spacer chrome finished, accufab adj. fuel pressure reg., mac pro chamber, ect. the power pipe is a fender well mount style. not the one that is in the engine compartment.

10.6 to 1 is too high to run a supercharger or turbo unless you want to be running race gas. You could still throw nitrous on it.

mustang killer, from what i have heard, r.barn told me this, i believe his words to the letter, with an intercooler or meth injection, you can boost with that much compression.

i didn't say i bought the top end kit i said i already have it my brother in law gave it to methats not my ?

my ? is what do i need to do to runa turbo, or nos? if i need low comp what do i need to get?

I can always put what i have together and sell it to my brother in law for a good deal.

No matter what i'mgoing to build a 347 stroker with a turbo or blower on it at school i'm asking for is what do i need?

you need dished pistons to lower compression, or diff heads to lower compression

or... keep it how it is and spray it

iceman... how much for the intake?

well go ahead and run turbo or a supercharger with that high of compression on 93pump gas and see how much power you make after you take all the timing out.

too late jasper bought the intake. for the record, you can blow,charge,spray,or even alcohol inject any motor with low or high compression as long as you tune it correctly. timing being one of the most critical aspects of the tune. although its not nessecary i would strongly suggest having forged internals.

the strocker kit is under my bed its from Probe it has forged internals, pistons, crank, i also have clevite 77 engine bearings

I just want to build a hell of a engine at school when i go next summer hopefully

I really want a level20 block from d.s.s. but i problely won't need it but a race blockfor sure maybie the level 10 block

the block is a closed deck so i thought if i put a grid, not a grid what u put on 2 bolt mains to make them stronger and spray it will bring a smile to my face
