RE: Having trouble starting new rebuild
ok, so i've set it to TDC about 10 times threw this whole process just to make sure its right, and still nothing, i just now set it to TDC and same symptoms. Checked the vac, (all the ones I knew) if you could explain more on the vac,s that would be cool, but I dont think its a vac, I think its something in the ingition, do modules just randomly go out? Keep in mind that the car died and never came back to life when I was rotating the dizzy.
thanks for the help guys, hopefully with your advice I can get this thing running.

RE: Having trouble starting new rebuild
well if your absolutely 100 percent possitive your getting spark and fuel then you must be getting injector pulse...but you can test for injector pulse with a noid light and it plugs in place of the injector and flashes when your cranking that means the injectors are getting a signal from the ecm to be pulsed to deliver fuel...but the proper way to check for fuel pressure is to use a gauge tapped into the test port on the rail.........you really can't use the test for the fuel you are and be 100 percent accurate about availible delivery......your gonna have to test stuff accurately via test equipment like verifying adequate spark.. not weak spark and for the fuel system you'll have to verify the pump is running in the crank mode .......cause if you got fuel and spark andthe timing is correct it should start
