I have a stock upper and lower intake, the upper has a 70mm TB and a egr spacer and has been cut and had the runners ported. The lower has been match ported as well. Ive never had it on the car, do you think this isa waste of time or would it be much better than stock? Thanks

waste of time, of course its better than stock, but nothing like the aftermarket intakes available

Stock is a waste of time, a untouched aftermarket intake will flow better than stock ported.

I ported my upper and lower....I am a poor bastard, couldn't talk the wife into letting me drop 500 on a new intake(she said we had to pay bills....women...)

I picked up a few tenths in the 1/4 with it......it was free.

BTW, gaskets are cheap.
